Healthy eating should be important for everyone, today with how cheap junk food is, healthy eating seems to be difficult to achieve . for that reason, i`m gonna show you some tips for you to have a better nutrition , the best is that some plates are completely delicious and healthy at the same time !
how to start the day with a healty breakfast.
breakfast is one of the worst eating times. since kids, we have used to think that in breakfast , we have to eat things like cereals , milk and biscuits to start the day with energy .
It will depend on your needs, tastes and preferences that this is more abundant, sweet, salty, crispy, soft, etc. To know which breakfast is best for you, you can ask yourself these questions:
-Does my job require a lot of physical energy on my part? -Or is my work rather mental? -Will I have time to make a lunch or directly my next intake will be the food? -Do I like to have a sweet breakfast or do I conceive a salty breakfast?
Usually breakfasts consist of foods with a lot of sugar and fat such as buns or cereals. here are some examples of healthy breakfast that could help you to start better you day.
examples of high-fat and protein breakfasts:
-2 grilled eggs and half avocado.
– organic natural yogurt with nuts.
-100% cocoa mousse with avocado and hazelnuts
Examples of breakfasts rich in all nutrients
-spinach and potatoe omelette
-brown bread with tomato and hazelnuts
-oatmeal with applesauce and almond
-red fruits , oatmeal , goat cheese and seeds
These breakfasts apart from being healthy, are easy to make and are very good. now , i am going to ask some questions that we all do about breakfast.
sweet or salty?
A study in China has found that at breakfast, sweet things relax us and salty things activate us .
Following this study, the most logical thing is to have something salty breakfast. but it is always depending on the taste of each one .
try to avoid:
-sugar and sweeteners
-flour and cereals with sugar
-industrial bakery
-packaged juices

you can get it in any supermarket , but I recomend you to get it in the bakery , is much better there , its handmade.
